You don’t have to hear more then thirty seconds of the opening title song It’s a Blue World
to know how hard this trio swings. Doug and Jack LeCompte on drums have partnered before
on several projects and the way they lead each other through variations on a melody or clear the
way for each to express how they are moved by the changes is very impressive.
